conjunction with Chinese New Year, Bukit Kiara Equestrian & Country Resort's
management team and the liaison committee members visited the old folks at
Charis Senior Citizens' Home, Ulu Langat Selangor, on 7 February 2009. |
The
senior citizens at the home expressed great joy and gratitude when they were
presented with angpows, food, as well as some electrical items.
Similarly, staff and members of Bukit Jalil Golf & Country Resort (BJGCR) gave a
pleasant surprise to the less fortunate children of
Rumah Victory Children Home
in Taman United, Kuala Lumpur when they visited the home during Chinese New
Year.
Besides giving out angpows to the children, a variety of food items were also
donated to the home.
“This event is part of our Corporate Responsibility exercise, allowing us to
foster closer ties with the less fortunate. It is vital for us at BJGCR to do
our part in helping these children enjoy this festive season,” said the Club's
General Manager, En. Muhamad Azmir Abdul Rahim.
