Victory Youth Home was established in April 1998 as a non-profit Christian
social organization founded by Bro. Philip Mok who is
in charge of training all the social workers of the Youth Home in providing
guidance to the needy youth. Victory Elderly Home was established in May 2005
with an objective to care and to provides a place for the poor and the needy for
the elderly in their golden years.
