Established in year 1988 as a non-profit community
service organisation. In 2005, Rumah Victory is established to provide shelter
home and care for the elderly. Rumah Victory Elderly Home needs volunteers to
come to the Home to share time with the dependents. All forms of assistance is
welcome.
